Project timeline and activities
This guide will help you get familiar with and understand the logic behind the project timeline and activities.
Engage platform enables the registered participants to easily view the project timeline, all activities available to them, as well as their status. The activities are divided into Completed activities and Available activities with an option to view all of them at any time regardless of their status.
Locked activities

An intuitive feature of scheduling the upcoming activities is also available. E.g., if the project activity is a part of a group of several linked elements, each activity will become available to the participant in a pre-defined sequence after completing previous activities that should be handled first.
The interlinked follow-up activities will become available to the participant only after a specified period of time as set up by the project administrator. Until then the participant will see the Start option of the next planned activities as locked.
Activities to be completed by the administrator

Some of the activities might be intended to be completed by the administrator of the project, for example, to communicate important information or enter specific health details on the participant's behalf. Such activities will be visible to the participant in the project timeline, but will not be available for completing. Instead they will be locked and marked with text To be completed by admin.
