Copy projects and activities
Find out how to easily duplicate already developed projects and activities.
Required administrator permissions
To copy projects and activities within your organisation or to another organisation, you must have the following minimum permissions:
- Manage content: Permission to manage the project you want to duplicate or that contains the activity you want to copy.
- Create projects: Permission to create projects in the destination organisation.

Copy an existing project
You can easily duplicate any existing project. This feature streamlines project management by allowing you to replicate similar setups without starting from scratch. You can duplicate projects within the same organization or to any other organization where you have the necessary administrative permissions.
Steps to duplicate a project
1. Go to the Developed projects page and locate the project you want to copy.
2. Click the hamburger icon (three dots) in the top-right corner of the project card to access additional options.
3. Select Copy to, then choose the destination organisation from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Copy project.
5. In the destination organisation, find the duplicated project, make any necessary adjustments, and publish it.

5. In the destination project, find the duplicated activity, make any necessary adjustments, and publish it.
