Engage auto-saves your edits in real time, letting you publish updates when ready or discard drafts to revert to the last published version.
Auto-Save, Drafts and Publishing Changes
Engage automatically saves all of the changes made when editing projects and activities, so you never lose your work. Any changes made are saved in real-time as a draft. You don’t need to click Save manually. A small indicator in the upper right corner of the project or activity edit page will show when the changes were last saved.

A banner appears on activities or projects that contain unpublished changes.
Review the content, then either publish or discard the changes.

Publish: When you’re ready, click Publish to make your changes live.
Delete draft: If necessary, it is possible to discard the drafted changes and revert back to the last published version of your project or activity.
